Age standardized data has always been the holy grail of health data analysis. One of the main biases of testing vaccine efficacy against infections has been the fact that the younger population has been less vaccinated while always, since the break of the pandemic, way more prone to be diagnosed as positive.
Thanks for this. How confident is Public Health Scotland about population estimates? I know UK has huge discrepancies between NIMS and ONS estimates of unvaccinated population. What is the situation with Scotland alone?
I honestly don't know but we see similar data from other countries including Germany, Denmark, UK, Ontario - Canada, south Africa and any country that has data broken to vaccination status.

No mention of PCR cycle count. That is always a problem when trying to show data. I wish they had been more forthcoming with that data.
